Elopements in Michigan start at $1200 with a minimum of 2 hours. Additional hours are $550/hour.
Destination weddings & elopements outside of Michigan have a base rate of $1200 to cover flights, hotel, car rental & fuel. From there I charge $500/ hour
This is our process:
01. Inquiry.
The first step to becoming a LGP couple is to inquire! Head over to my 'contact' section of my website to see if we are a good fit and to see If we have your date available !
02. We chat.
It is so important to me to have a connection with each and every one of my couples. Lee Grace Photography couples are unique in that they are fun-loving, adventurous, and full of life. And they know and understand that to get fun, joyful, and genuine photos of their love story, we need to have a connection, and a relationship. I always say I want to show up to your wedding day and feel like a friend or an extra bridesmaid, rather than a hired vendor. So that means - our very first step is connecting via a Zoom call or over the phone so we can get to know each other!
03. Booking.
After our initial call, if you and your other half decide we’re the perfect fit to work together, it’ll be time to make it official! All you need to do is decide on your package, and from there, I’ll send you an online proposal with your custom contract, invoice, and payment schedule all able to be completed online!
Once your $500 retainer is paid, your date will be saved, and the fun will begin! From there, I’ll begin sending you helpful education such as my wedding guide, and then, the best part– we’ll start planning your engagement session!
04. Engagement session
This is my favorite part! Engagement sessions are included in every one of my wedding packages because I truly believe they are a vital part of the wedding experience as a whole. Engagement sessions are the time where we get to know each other, I get to see how you interact together, and you become comfortable in front of my camera. We get to shoot in any location you choose, you can wear what you’re comfortable in, and there’s no guests begging for your attention. It’s just you guys and me, having fun while telling your love story thru images! When your images are ready, they’ll be featured on my socials and delivered via online gallery!!
05. Wedding planning
I love being involved in the wedding planning process. My goal as a photographer is to make sure you have the most fun and stress free day possible. Because of that, I am extremely organized when it comes to your wedding day plans! Leading up to the day, I will help you create a detailed timeline for the day, a family formal photo list, and will send you a questionnaire to ensure everything runs smoothly. You’ll receive my wedding day questionnaire and vendor questionnaire, and from your answers, I’ll create all the organizational documents for your wedding day. About 2 weeks out from the wedding, we’ll have a video call to go over any final details to ensure all goes well the day of!
06. Your big day!
Hooray!!! It’s here! The day of your wedding goes by in an instant. I want to make sure it’s the most fun and stress free day possible, for not just you- but your family and friends. I arrive 30 minutes before our scheduled start time so I can meet your family and friends, get to know them, and scope out the lay of the land. I’ll begin with photographing your details. My absolute favorite part of the day is bride and groom portraits, so we’ll ensure we have plenty of time for this! It’s my job to capture all the traditional moments, and in between moments so that you can look back on moments you may not have even realized were happening to relive your incredible day.
07. sneak peeks
After the wedding day, you will receive an EPIC sneak peek from your day 24-48 hours after the wedding! it’s my goal to get you your sneak peek while you’re still excited about the wedding, and the bliss hasn’t faded.
08. Delivery day!
when all your edits are complete, 12 weeks after your wedding you will receive an online gallery of HUNDREDS of your images. I deliver approximately 60-80 photos per hour of coverage. From this gallery, you will be able to share your images with friends and family, download to your computer, share to social media and order prints. You will also receive a custom thumb drive in the coming weeks to have forever! While you have full print right to your images, I always recommend couples print through a professional lab if you’re going to make prints for your walls–the quality of professional labs is just so much better!! You’ll receive a PIN code to download your images and I encourage my couples to pop open a bottle of wine and enjoy reliving their day together!!
09. album design
I absolutely love wedding albums and they have such a special place in my heart. My grandparents have been married almost 67 years and they still have their wedding album on their coffee table. Every time I go to visit them, I look through it and relive their love story.
If you decide to get our heirloom album album, I will predesign the first draft for you, and then we will begin the customization process to make sure it tells your beautiful love story with all your favorite pictures, and has a place for all the important people in your life. Albums come in a variety of linen or leather colors, and can be customized with your name and wedding date engraved on it! I LOVE designing these heirlooms.

Are the travel expenses included in your packages or covered additionally?
60 MILES OF TRAVEL IS INCLUDED WITH ALL OF MY WEDDINGS, ANYTHING OVER 60 MILES ONE WAY THERE IS A $50 PER HOUR CHARGE ROUNDTRIP. WEDDINGS FURTHER THAN 60 MILES THAT END LATER THAN 11PM REQUIRE OVERNIGHT LODGING AS WELL.
We want to include our dog into the elopement ceremony and photos, is that okay?

What if we want something more extreme for our elopement (hiking, diving, etc)?

How long does it take to recieve the photos after the elopement/wedding and how will those be delivered?
YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EPIC SNEAK PEEK WITHIN 48 HOURS OF YOUR WEDDING AND YOUR FINAL ALBUM WITHIN 8-12 WEEKS DEPENDING ON THE TIME OF YEAR AND MY CURRENT WORKLOAD.
